cable assembly A completed cable and its associated hardware consisting of cable, connector(s), and attached accessories.
CAD system Abbreviation for Computer-Aided Design. Specially designed software used in engineering design.
Capacitance The property of dielectric material that permits the storage of electromagnetic energy when voltage is applied across the dielectric material.
Centerline An imaginary line drawn from the center of one object to the center of another.
